What happens if a tech loses signal mid-job?

Not yet for the web app — it needs a connection. Offline work is built and tested in the Field mobile app, backed by local-first sync, but that app is still in TestFlight and Play internal testing, so you can't install it yet. Techs today use the web app in a phone browser, which pauses if signal drops. This is on the roadmap for public release.
