Does this replace my payroll and 1099 process?

Partly today. Timesheets and a payroll CSV export ship now, so your existing payroll process can run off ServiceGrid hours. Year-end 1099-NEC totals for subcontractors also ship. Running payroll itself, inside the app, is built but only against a sandbox account — it's not live for a real business yet, so treat that piece as roadmap, not shipped, until it's live.
