Can my techs use their phones instead of a laptop?

A dedicated Field mobile app exists and builds today, but it isn't available to the public yet — that release is on the roadmap. Right now your techs use the same web app, open in their phone's browser, which works but isn't built mobile-first the way the Field app will be.
