What if the internet or the app goes down?

The web app needs a connection to work — there's no offline fallback for it today. Our uptime commitment is public at /sla. If the worst happens and you need your data regardless of what we're doing, you can export all of it yourself at any time; that's the backstop we're willing to promise beyond the uptime terms.
